The Department of Children, Culture, and Education is seeking primary school teachers for the schools in Strömsund town.

• Teacher of French, 20%, grades 7-9
• Teacher of Mathematics/Physical Education, 50%, grades 7-9
• Teacher of Physical Education, 50%, grades 7-9
• Teacher of Music, 85%, grades 7-9
• Teacher of German, 45%, grades 7-9
• Primary School Teacher, 100%, grades 1-3
• Teacher 100%, grades 4-6
• Primary School Teacher, 100% grades F-3

In Strömsund town, there are Bredgård School and Hedenvind School for students from preschool class up to grade six, as well as Vattudal School for students in grades 7-9. The schools focus on core values and aim to develop teaching and goal fulfillment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to teach and continue our work on school development. We want you to be part of the collective effort where students' learning is the focus. You will be part of a work team and independently, as well as together with others, plan, implement, document, and evaluate the educational work.

Collaboration with guardians and cooperation with other staff is an important part of the work. For newly graduated teachers, we provide mentoring support.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher and has the qualifications to teach in primary school. You are cooperative, open, and attentive in your interactions with others. As a teacher, you should have the ability to take responsibility, plan, implement, and follow up on the activities. You should have basic computer skills to use the IT tools we employ in teaching. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
