We are looking for Service Technicians in Kristinehamn who will be part of a service team responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining wind turbines in the area. We seek individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working in teams. The position demands high accuracy and professionalism as we are extremely concerned that our service work is performed with the highest safety and quality. To fully succeed in the tasks, we believe you are a person with good knowledge in electrical or mechanical fields, service-oriented, and business-minded.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of wind turbines in accordance with service agreements
• Customer contact with owners regarding upcoming service/repairs and clear reporting of actions taken
• Responsibility and maintenance of the service vehicle including its inventory
• Responsibility for spare parts management and inventory of local stock as well as ordering materials/spare parts/tools, returns, etc.
• Daily reporting and registration in our business system, Salesforce

Qualifications

• Experience or education in electrical or mechanical fields. You are also willing to develop your skills in these areas
• Good general computer skills
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English (corporate language) in spoken and written form
• Previous experience as a service technician or similar work is an advantage
• Driving license B (unlimited)

Additional information

The position is based in Kristinehamn.

The role involves travel with overnight stays for various further training and assistance in other areas, which can amount to up to 50 travel days a year, as well as daily trips to the wind farms. For this position, understanding the potential travel for training purposes and working hours is important.

A requirement for employment is to be approved for mast and pole certification, which consists of a stress ECG and medical examination, conducted during the recruitment process.
