In the beginning, we were a publishing house that worked on publishing various magazines in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. Today, we see ourselves more as a media agency that publishes a well-known entrepreneur magazine, adorned by the stars of entrepreneurship and success. The magazine gives us a significant advantage in our industry and helps us stand out from the crowd. RDS Förlag / Enterprise Magazine celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2024.

We have chosen to focus on the areas of media that we do and can do best. Film, photography, websites, on/off-page SEO, and Content Marketing through Enterprise Magazine on social media. We utilize the largest social channels to reach the right target audience for our clients. With a simple motto: We will be seen and operate where most people are.

For us, Content Marketing is about creating interesting, brand-building, and sales-oriented content in the form of articles. This is done through storytelling, combined with quality imagery and engaging video clips. This provides a clear and simple path to a purchase or a new collaboration with our advertiser.

Your role at Enterprise Magazine.

We are currently 9 employees in Mälardalen and southern Sweden, and we are now looking for a colleague who is passionate about sales, people, entrepreneurship, and has a curiosity about the media industry.

Here you will be involved in everything from the first contact with the customer to the completed project. In the role of media salesperson, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales and management skills, which will give you the right conditions to further develop with us at RDS Förlag / Enterprise Magazine.

We work with physical customer meetings, and the position also involves booking meetings via phone, email, and social channels. Selling your idea and together with production marketing customers on social channels are your main tasks. Driving sales, building relationships, and creating value for customers are the cornerstones of our business model.

You will have a dialogue and close collaboration with production as well as your experienced colleagues. This is a full-time position. We can also offer you the position as an external sales consultant.

Your responsibilities.

  • Drive sales against a realistic budget.
  • Inform about and present the product.
  • You work with physical customer visits within your geographical area of responsibility.
  • Work together towards your and the company's budget, together with our existing team.
  • Identify needs and create collaborations with various companies.
  • Mainly new customer acquisition at first, as well as maintaining existing customers.
  • Work with interviews and photography. We provide internal training in interview techniques, sales techniques, photography, and video clips.

To be successful in the role, you need:

  • Experience in sales.
  • Worked in service professions.
  • Be motivated to drive and create business.
  • Have a knack for building relationships and making new business contacts.
  • Be results-oriented.

Experience in marketing is a plus.

Experience or an extra interest in social media is a plus.

Have a driver's license and access to your own car.

Salary: The base salary is 10,000 SEK gross, with a 10% commission on your monthly sales. Once you reach half of the monthly budget, the base salary changes to 23,000 SEK gross, and 18% commission on your monthly sales. The monthly budget is set at 160,000 SEK in sales per calendar month.
