Responsibilities
  • Business development: Identify and nurture new business opportunities, taking them from concept to market-ready solutions. Ensure the sustainability of customer relationships and projects throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Project leadership: Take ownership of key projects, particularly in the initial stages, ensuring structured and successful execution.
  • Customer-centric focus: Build and maintain close relationships with customers and their stakeholders, ensuring our products deliver meaningful value.
  • Supplier collaboration: Work with our Operations team to ensure supplier performance aligns with CPAC’s standards for cost, quality, and reliability.
Key qualifications
  • Technical expertise: At least three years of experience working with complex electronic systems, with the ability to quickly understand and address technical challenges.
  • Analytical skills: A strong ability to delve into technical challenges and work collaboratively to develop solutions that effectively balance function, performance, quality, and cost.
  • Commercial acumen: Proven experience in creating business analyses that focus on customer value and market potential, translating insights into competitive offerings.
  • Innovative mindset: A passion for embracing and driving forward new concepts to meet market demands.
  • Project management experience: A background in project management within the automotive industry is a strong plus.
  • Educational background: A university degree or a Master of Science in engineering, preferably within fields such as electronics, mechatronics, or related areas.
