Ljusgårda is looking for a driven and self-sufficient inside sales representative who is passionate about building relationships, developing business, and optimizing sales. In this role, you will be a key player in the contact with approximately 100 ICA stores, where you will strengthen collaborations and ensure that our sustainably grown products reach the right customers.

YOUR DAILY WORKAs an inside sales representative at Ljusgårda, you will have a central role in the sales work. You will:
- Have daily contact with approximately 100 ICA stores via phone and AI-SMS tools for order management and relationship building.
- Be responsible for selling the production's forecasted volumes and distributing them to the right customers.
- Plan loading days and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure efficient deliveries.
- Develop sales processes and work proactively to optimize the business.
- Follow market needs and adjust strategies to ensure long-term growth.
- Visit stores if necessary to strengthen relationships and gain a deeper understanding of customer needs.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- Experience in sales, preferably with clear profitability goals and forecasting work.
- Strong communication skills and a natural talent for building relationships.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as comfort in communicating in English.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and the ability to analyze store businesses and profitability.
- A strategic mindset and willingness to develop methods to improve the sales process.
- A valid driver's license (B) as visits to customers may occur if necessary.

ABOUT THE CLIENTLjusgårda is a Swedish foodtech company that is revolutionizing salad cultivation by growing sustainably, locally, and without pesticides – year-round. With a climate-certified facility in Tibro, we use 99% less water than traditional cultivation.
Today, they produce salad, which is packaged in bags, under the brand Supernormal Greens.
There are normal things about how they grow. Like that everything starts with a seed. Most other things about them are far from normal. They have taken normal outdoor cultivation and created the technology to place it indoors in a circular growing system. Ljusgårda believes that this is a necessary development to sustainably secure our food for the future.
But revolutionizing something that has looked the same for a long time requires thinking a little differently.
