The role of project and design manager 

As an experienced project and design manager at AFRY, you lead, coordinate, and drive projects through the entire construction process – from early stages to execution and handover. The role can vary within infrastructure, industry, or energy, from individual projects to larger long-term multidisciplinary projects, with innovative holistic solutions. With us, you will follow the projects from project development to construction and follow-up. The work involves great freedom and significant responsibility alongside knowledgeable colleagues. You steer the collaborative work in cooperation with the client and the project team towards the project's overall goals. You report in the project to the client and any steering group.

We are looking for someone with a technical background, preferably an engineering degree, and the ability to lead projects in all phases. You should be accustomed to handling both large and small projects, and you thrive in a role where you can be both creative and solution-oriented. It is important to us that you have a drive to develop and help your colleagues grow in their roles.
