About the position

As a Service Leader in ventilation at Bravida, you will be responsible for service assignments and smaller installation projects. You will ensure that the work is performed with high quality, create upselling opportunities, and develop customer relationships to grow the department. The role involves both technical and business responsibilities, and you will be a central part of Bravida's continued expansion.

Your future tasks

You will work both administratively and in the field, with a wide variety of tasks.

• Lead and engage service technicians in ventilation.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Create upselling opportunities and identify additional work.
• Calculate and prepare quotes.
• Be responsible for financial follow-up, technical quality, and documentation.
• Participate in follow-up meetings and ensure that agreements are followed.
• Manage purchases, resource planning, and workplace safety work.
• Conduct site visits, participate in construction and planning meetings.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for an experienced and business-minded leader with technical understanding and good project management skills.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the ventilation industry.
• Previous experience in service management or project management.
• Experience in balancing air flows.
• Understanding of finance and calculations.
• Swedish spoken and written.
• Driver's license B.

Meritorious:

• OVK certificate.
• Experience in construction law.

Other information

• Start: By agreement.
• Location: Årsta, based from the office but spending a lot of time on-site with customers.
• Scope: Full-time, with working hours from 07:00 to 16:00.
