The vessels accommodate up to 300 passengers and operate in both Saltsjön and Mälaren on regular schedules as well as charter assignments.
In preparation for the summer season, we are looking for new dedicated staff for deck service.
As deck personnel, you are part of the daily operations on board and are included in the ship's safety crew. The work includes everything from starting machines, maintaining systems, and mooring to welcoming guests on board and ensuring their experience is as good as possible. You will work in a team with additional deckhands/mates and/or captains as well as restaurant staff depending on which vessel you are serving on. Great emphasis is placed on teamwork, initiative, communication skills, and a willingness to develop. The work on board is versatile and at times physical, so a good level of fitness is advantageous.
- Fluent Swedish is a requirement.
- At least 18 years old.
- Color vision, good eyesight, and hearing (medical certificate for seafarers is an advantage).
- Basic safety training is an advantage.
- Previous experience in service is an advantage.
