Svevia is on an exciting development journey, and as part of our strategy to invest in larger infrastructure projects, we are now recruiting construction workers for Norr- and Västerbotten. With projects from coast to mountain where infrastructure is crucial, we have no requirements regarding your place of residence. Rather, we see strength in being spread across the region.

Your assignment as a construction worker

As a construction worker within concrete work, you work with various types of construction and infrastructure projects. You perform practical tasks with a focus primarily on concrete work such as formwork, reinforcement, and pouring. Together with your colleagues, you solve problems in daily work and ensure that the project moves forward in a safe and efficient manner.

In the role as a construction worker, you become an important part of the team in our projects. We value and see strength in having skilled and engaged tradespeople with local anchoring. Your competence and commitment contribute to driving the work forward and achieving good results. Through your work, you help ensure both quality in the delivery and the development of our projects. With us, you get the opportunity to be involved in developing the business together with your colleagues.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience with concrete work and feel confident in tasks such as formwork, reinforcement, and pouring. You may have a vocational certificate as a concrete worker or have built up equivalent knowledge through your work.

You have a few years of experience in the industry and are used to working practically out in production. You like to do a good job and are careful in what you do – quality is important to you.

As a person, you are a team player who contributes to a good atmosphere at the workplace. You show respect, help out where needed, and take responsibility for both your own and the team's work.

Safety always comes first at Svevia. Therefore, it is important that you work safely and follow the rules and routines that exist, both for your own sake and for others.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
