Bassoe Technology is now looking for a new Managing Director to lead our team.

We are looking for you who is a visionary leader with a strong business sense and proven successful leadership. As Managing Director, you have total responsibility for employees, customers and finances. You are also responsible for developing strategies and processes for sustainable growth and increased profitability.

The primary responsibility of the Managing Director is to:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals
• Lead and inspire the organization to achieve high performance and commitment.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Handling communication towards the board of directors.

Requirements for this position:

• Documented leadership experience
• B. Sc. or M.Sc. degree in naval architecture, civil engineering or mechanical engineering. Alternatively M. Sc. in Business and Economics.
• Experience from Offshore Oil & Gas industry and renewable energy segment.
• Experience from international business
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong business profile with a distinct focus on profitability
• Good understanding of financial and operational key indicators
• Communication skill in Chinese is meriting.
