We are currently looking for additional reinforcement for our team in the form of a refrigeration technician based in Växjö. In Växjö, you will be the second person in the field of control, cooling, and ventilation.

A.R.C is a company in the real estate industry that works to create sustainability and profitability for our customers. A.R.C was founded in 2020 in the Småland forests by five passionate individuals and today has over 70 employees in 11 offices across Sweden. The company works with everything related to real estate. We are looking for you, a refrigeration technician who enjoys working independently, as the team is small. In your role, you will plan and perform service for our customers, making you the face of the company. A service-oriented mindset is therefore of utmost importance.

Main Responsibilities

• Refrigeration technical work

• Energy efficiency improvements for our customers

• Service of refrigeration units, primarily comfort cooling

• Communicate with customers and suppliers

• Identify improvement opportunities for our customers

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a few years of professional experience as a service technician in refrigeration. It is advantageous if you have worked with refrigeration systems for properties and if you have refrigeration certificate category 1. You are a person who enjoys your work and meeting customers, focusing on quality and working according to A.R.C's values, which are serious, reliable, innovative & engaged.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently

• Good ability to express yourself in writing and speech in both Swedish and English.

• B driver's license

• Refrigeration certificate category 1
