We are looking for staff for home cleaning

We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our team in Blekinge, covering the area from Karlshamn to Karlskrona. We call ourselves Service Assistants, as our mission is to help our customers keep their homes clean and tidy, allowing them to have more time for other activities. As a Service Assistant, you play an important role, both in our team and for our customers. You work independently at customers' homes providing cleaning services such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. You work both in companies and in private homes, always with the same attention to detail and the little extra that shows you are a professional with commitment and pride in your work.

As a service assistant, you will work in private homes and at companies to:

• Vacuum and dust
• Mop floors and clean surfaces
• Perform move-out cleaning
• Add that little extra touch for the customer

We are looking for you

… who has a strong sense of quality and a drive to make the customer satisfied and happy. Being punctual and meticulous is a given for you. You are engaged and positive, and like us, you believe that cleaning is a craft best performed by professionals. You enjoy working independently but are also a team player as you sometimes work together with others in the team.

To fit into this role with us, we want you to…

• Understand and speak basic Swedish or English
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car (requirement)
• Be able to work flexible hours between 7 AM and 5 PM

We would be especially happy if you:

• Have previously worked in home cleaning or similar services.

Location: From Karlshamn to Karlskrona and surrounding areas

Employment: 50% with a 6-month probationary period

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously

Salary: According to collective agreement
