Stenugnsbageriet Olof is a modern and well-equipped small stone oven bakery located in Borgholm on Öland. For the summer season of 2025, we are looking for a baker who is especially skilled in sourdough bread and buns and has a good ability to collaborate. We are open year-round, but since Öland is a holiday destination, we experience high demand during the summer, when we are open seven days a week. The bakery is centrally located in Borgholm, at Västra Järnvägsgatan 45, near Ica and bus stops. Since we bake with sourdough, our bakers work during the day; approximately from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
