As a boat builder at Windy, you will work at the yard in Västervik alongside a team of skilled and competent boat builders. We are looking for boat builders who thrive in a dynamic environment with many points of contact. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. As a person, you are meticulous, flexible, and responsible.

You are practically inclined and have the ability to work in a team, but also independently. You are curious and eager to learn new things. You take responsibility and have the ability to take your own initiatives and see problem-solving as a challenge.

Formal requirements:

• Vocational training as a carpenter or boat builder.
• If you have several years of experience as a boat builder but lack vocational training as a carpenter, you may still be eligible for employment (attach references)
• You can understand and communicate technical issues and comprehend the content of drawings.
