At StudentConsulting, we are currently recruiting process operators for Anna's Pepparkakor on a full-time basis for the season running until December. Anna's Pepparkakor is the company that manufactures and sells the world's most beloved gingerbread cookies. These cookies are sold worldwide, and everything starts in a warehouse in Tyresö, where production takes place year-round. The Tyresö warehouse offers you wonderful colleagues who truly enjoy their workplace.

Your role as a process operator

In your role as a process operator within packaging, you will primarily operate the packaging lines within the production facility. You will go the extra mile to achieve the company's set goals, such as quality and efficiency. You will continuously maintain good order at your workstation and show respect for the organization and your colleagues. Within your team, you will work at a high pace and be an active participant in Anna's Pepparkakor's improvement work.

Your responsibilities

Your tasks will include starting up and shutting down all lines according to machine documentation. You will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with current safety regulations and reporting any emerging defects. You will also assist with changeovers on all lines and ensure that order and tidiness are maintained throughout the shift.

Employment and working hours

The assignment means that you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work at Anna's Pepparkakor as a consultant. The assignment is for seasonal work only.

Working Hours:

• Day Shift: Mon–Thu 06:00–15:30, Fri 06:00–13:00
• Evening Shift: Mon–Fri 14:55–23:25
• Night Shift: Mon–Fri 23:25–06:25

This schedule primarily applies every other week.

What we are looking for

• You speak and write Swedish fluently.
• You understand and write English very well.
• You are unpretentious and stress-resistant.
• You are available to work weekends when needed.
• You live near Tyresö.

Merits: Forklift license, previous experience in warehousing or as a machine operator.

We are looking for someone who can handle high noise levels and strong smells. You are communicative and can handle sudden changes. We place high value on personal qualities such as attention to detail, stress tolerance, unpretentiousness, and flexibility. We would appreciate it if you planned to stay at this workplace for the entire season.
