RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a teacher, you will plan and conduct individual tutoring with a student who needs a smaller teaching context. You will design individually adapted support in collaboration with subject teachers and the pedagogical student health team. The role also includes being a secure adult who is available throughout the student's entire school day.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have experience in teaching, preferably from lower secondary school (grades 7-9). Teacher certification and eligibility for grades 7-9 are meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have experience working with students with neurodevelopmental disorders (ND) and can adapt teaching based on different prerequisites and needs.

ABOUT THE WORKPLACE

Junkaremålsskolan is a comprehensive school (grades F-9) located in Tranås. It is divided into two stages, and the lower secondary school houses approximately 330 students and 50 staff members. Our operations offer student coaches, support teachers, and student health services as support for the students' development and learning. You will work together with the principal and colleagues to provide the students with the best possible education. Here you have the opportunity to work at a school where the students' best interests are the focus.
