Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who want to work 6 hours/week in our store in Uppsala. A position of this size can also be a step towards a larger role and perhaps even a career further within the company.

What is important to fit and thrive in the role?

🔌 Tech-interested! You are curious and interested in learning more about technology. That's all you need - with fantastic colleagues by your side and tools in the form of both introductory days and an education portal with online courses, you will learn more and more every day.

👋 Relationship-building! You are genuinely interested in sales and service and understand the power of building long-term relationships. You see it as an exciting challenge to exceed every customer's expectations and take pride in both your personal brand and the company's.

🎯 Goal-oriented! For us, previous experience is not necessary - we place great emphasis on your development and that you grow in the sales role based on your personal qualities. In line with our strategy "grow with Kjell", whether your ambition is to work with us alongside your studies or if you eventually want to grow internally, we offer that opportunity at Kjell. Today, 70% of all our leaders are recruited internally; we offer a leadership program called Store Manager – Trainee for those who are eager to develop further and take the step into a Store Manager role. ✔ We always apply a 6-month probationary period upon employment.

You must be at least 18 years old.
