About the role

As a Service Advisor, you are the customer's main point of contact regarding service and workshop visits. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on work so that every customer receives professional treatment and the smoothest possible experience.

Your main responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers in connection with service and workshop visits.
• Schedule jobs and create work orders.
• Plan and follow up on the workshop's bookings.
• Follow up with the customer during and after the workshop visit.
• Handle administration related to warranty, insurance, and invoicing issues.
• Work on upselling relevant services and products.
• Collaborate closely with the workshop team to create a good flow in daily work.

You belong to the service market team and report to the Service Manager.

Who are you?

We believe you have experience from a service profession, an administrative role, sales, or similar, where you are accustomed to meeting people, juggling multiple parts simultaneously, and providing good service even when the pace is high.

It is an advantage if you have worked as a Service Advisor previously or have experience from the automotive industry, but it is not a requirement.

Practical information

Scope: Full time

Working hours: Every other week schedule according to the following times: 06:45-16:00 and 08:15-17:00

Start: As soon as possible

Employment type: Permanent, 6 months probationary period applies
