Property Caretaker in Uppsala – No Two Days Are Alike

About the role

As a property caretaker, you will work with both interior and exterior property maintenance in residential areas around Uppsala. The assignments vary and can be both planned and urgent – often linked to peak workloads or staff absence. You will become an important part of creating safe, pleasant, and functional environments for the tenants.

Examples of tasks

Maintenance of outdoor areas (mowing, weed control, pruning)
Maintenance of stairwells, common areas, and premises
Snow removal and anti-icing
Waste management and daily supervision of properties
Simple fault reporting and maintenance
Machinery and tool care
Other property maintenance as needed

We are looking for you who

Can work independently and take initiative
Have a service-oriented and professional attitude
Enjoy physical work
Have good teamwork skills
Can communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Experience of property maintenance in Uppsala (meritorious)

If you have experience with machinery or green area maintenance, we view this as meritorious.

About the assignment

You will be employed by us and rented out to our client. The assignments can vary in length – from short-term cover to longer recurring placements. Continuity is highly valued, meaning you will often return to the same areas and assignments.
