Warehouse Manager – Gothenburg (Hisingen)

We are looking for an engaged and structured Warehouse Manager who wants to take full responsibility for our warehouse operations in Hisingen. In this role, you will be a key person ensuring that flows, routines, and quality remain at a high level every day. You thrive with responsibility, enjoy order, and are passionate about creating efficient work processes.

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for daily warehouse operations
• Planning and coordination of inbound and outbound deliveries
• Leadership and support for warehouse staff
• Optimization of warehouse layout and workflows
• Inventories, quality control, and reporting
• Ensuring workplace environment and safety routines
• Contact with carriers and internal departments

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in warehouse work and preferably in a leadership role
• Are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy taking responsibility and making decisions
• Have good computer skills and experience with warehouse/ERP systems
• Hold a forklift license (meritorious but not a requirement)
• Are a team player who creates a good atmosphere and clarity
