In Hässleholm Municipality, you will have the opportunity to be part of a developing operation. As a nurse with us, you play a central role in creating safe, professional care – where it is needed most.

The on-call service is dynamic and stimulating, with work across several operational areas such as home healthcare, care and nursing homes, functional support, and social psychiatry.

During evening hours, you work together with two colleagues and are responsible for, among other things:

• Telephone advice
• Assessment of changed health conditions
• Palliative care
• Medical interventions such as injections and infusions

Working hours: Evening shifts or combined day/evening shifts. All positions include weekend duty.

Who are you?

You are confident in your professional role and have a good ability to work both independently and in a team. You communicate clearly, build good relationships, and actively contribute to a positive work environment. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and have an easy time prioritizing when conditions change.

Qualifications:

• Licensed nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Good computer skills (we work in Procapita)
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)

Merits:

• Further education in elderly care or district nursing
• Experience in municipal home healthcare
• Previous work in on-call services

About us

Within the care administration, we provide care, support, and assistance to people who are elderly, have a disability, or need home healthcare. We also offer health-promoting measures and support to people who care for and support a relative. Our goal is that those who need care and assistance in their daily lives should be able to live an independent life as far as possible.

The Health and Healthcare Department is responsible for interventions within home healthcare and rehabilitation. The interventions are carried out by nurses, assistant nurses, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate to care staff in other operational areas based on profession.
