💰 Salary Range: 33,000–43,000 SEK/month depending on experience and competence

🕗 Working Hours: Monday–Friday 07:45–16:15, daytime only

About the Clinic

Tandcentrum is a growing dental chain with clinics in Karlstad, Kristinehamn, Mariestad, and now also in Värnamo. The practice offers general dentistry in a modern environment where technology, quality, and patient focus are central.

The Värnamo clinic has four treatment rooms and works with the medical record system Muntra as well as digital equipment such as OPG and digital X-ray sensors. The patient group consists mainly of adult patients, and the schedule is usually fully booked.

The work environment is characterized by clear routines, close collaboration, and active leadership focused on quality, well-being, and development. Here, everyone works without hierarchy, placing great value on both patient experience and team spirit.

About the Role

As a Dental Hygienist at Tandcentrum, you will perform standard tasks within the dental hygienist's scope of practice. The work consists primarily of independent patient treatments with a focus on preventive dentistry, examinations, and patient information.

The workday begins with a short morning meeting before patient care starts at 08:00. The role involves significant independent responsibility, where high quality, good record-keeping, and long-term patient relationships are central parts of the job.

In addition to clinical work, the entire team helps each other with shared tasks at the clinic, such as in the sterilization and staff areas. Here, flat hierarchy and the willingness to contribute to a positive workplace are highly valued.

Thrives working both independently and in a team. You are confident in patient interactions, work in a structured manner, and contribute to a positive work environment. We also believe you are flat-hierarchy minded, responsible, and appreciate close collaboration with colleagues.

Requirements

✅ Swedish professional license as a Dental Hygienist (issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare)
✅ At least 1 year of professional experience
✅ Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

➕ Experience with the medical record system Muntra and digital scanning
➕ Lives within approximately 30 minutes' commuting distance from Värnamo
