To our store in Hällefors, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At our workplace, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 20% and working hours may vary per week.

In your role as a sales associate

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle warehouse tasks, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a sales associate, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of team spirit, high tempo, and pleasant interactions characterize our work. We learn from each other and create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for you who

• Have reached the legal age (20 years old) to serve our customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work with varying schedules, including weekdays and Saturdays, from early mornings until after closing.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible attitude, a curious approach to learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have completed upper secondary or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, service roles, and/or work with food and beverages.
