Job Description

We are currently looking for a Process Operator for our client!

Are you a meticulous process operator who values good collaboration with your colleagues? We are now looking for a new team member for our client's production team – a role for you who is technically interested, responsible, and thrives in a flat organizational structure.

As a process operator with our client, you step into a role where precision and quality are the foundation of all work. In their GMP-regulated environment, you become an important part of a team that ensures instructions are followed and goals are met – always with a focus on safety and good collaboration.

But the role is about more than just machines and documentation. We are looking for you with approximately 3 years of experience from a GMP environment who now wants to settle in a context where collaboration is central. Here we value your ability to contribute to the group, and we live by the motto "the team before me".

This is a direct recruitment to the client, and salary is negotiated with the employer.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the closing date.

Who are you?

We place great importance on your personal qualities. We are looking for you who spreads good energy in the break room and is a rock to rely on when the production pace increases. To thrive with us, we believe you identify with the following:

  • A true team player: You are flat-hierarchy, happy to help colleagues, and understand that the best results are achieved through collaboration.
  • Creative problem solver: When challenges arise, you use your initiative to find smooth solutions.
  • Communicative & Flexible: You have an easy time talking to different types of people and adapt quickly when conditions change.
  • Responsible: You have a genuine interest in technical equipment and feel a personal ownership for processes and flows to run as they should.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience from a GMP-regulated environment within production.
  • Good understanding of quality systems, documentation, and compliance with instructions.
  • Ability to work in a structured, meticulous manner with a high sense of teamwork and to make your voice heard.
  • At least a high school education, preferably with a technical focus or post-secondary education in process technology, pharmaceuticals, or equivalent.
  • Swedish is required, but since English is the client's corporate language, it is desirable that you can read and write in English.
  • Familiarity with the business system SAP and work according to Lean principles are meritorious.

Responsibilities

As a process operator, you will:

  • Ensure that necessary raw materials, utensils, and consumables are available at the start of the production batch.
  • Participate in batch planning together with the Senior Production Coordinator.
  • Ensure that premises and equipment are cleaned and tidied before and after each batch.
  • Operationally carry out detailed steps in matrix production (e.g., preparations, diafiltration, filtration, and cleaning of process equipment).
  • Handle labeling and packaging of the product upon delivery.
  • Ensure that batch documentation is compiled after each batch.
  • Participate in investigations in the event of deviations.
  • Ensure that samples are distributed internally to QC control and to external laboratories.

As needed, you will also support with other tasks that are important for the company.

We look forward to receiving your application!
