After 12 weeks of introduction, which includes onboarding and supervision, you will begin your assignment with Bravida in Kiruna, in an exciting industry where the demand for competence is growing. Information about the introduction period

Through our initiative based on the Accelerated Learning method, we are shaping the next generation of refrigeration technicians. During the introduction period, you develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the role of a refrigeration technician. Here you are given a unique opportunity to develop quickly in areas such as electrical knowledge, reading drawings, control and regulation systems, and components of the refrigeration process.

Scope: Full-time

This is a close collaboration between Professionals Nord and Bravida. After completing the introduction period, you are employed by us at Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bravida during the first 18 months. Provided the collaboration works well, the goal and intention is continued employment with Bravida.

Through well-functioning and resource-efficient buildings, Bravida helps customers transition to a more sustainable society.

Job Responsibilities

As a refrigeration technician, you will have a socially beneficial role where you work on various projects in Kiruna. The job consists largely of coordination, planning, and execution of various installations for Bravida's customers. You are involved throughout the entire process, from the planning phase to the completion of the project, and are responsible for executing the assignment in accordance with current safety and quality requirements. Common tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Service and contracts within the refrigeration area
• Troubleshooting and developing concrete action plans for these faults
• Customer contact
• Planning together with the nearest service manager before executing the work
• Material orders

You become the face of the company and work in a social role where you have daily contact with both clients and suppliers. You alternate between working independently and together with your team. Naturally, you receive a thorough introduction to get into the role in a good way, where you are assigned a personal supervisor who stays with you until you can perform your tasks independently.

Furthermore, you work according to convenient working hours, 07:00–16:00 Monday to Friday.

In the long term, this position will include on-call duties.

• have a great interest and drive to develop in the role of refrigeration technician
• are practical with good problem-solving skills and technical interest
• are a driven, structured, communicative, and responsible team player
• are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a B-driver's license
