CityMail delivers mail and parcels to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues to join our team in Norrköping.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Has basic proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Thrives in physically active work environments.
• Is comfortable driving vehicles for which you hold a valid license (bicycle, moped, car).

Having a B-driver's license or a moped license is a plus. Experience in similar roles is also advantageous, but your background is not the most critical factor for us. We highly value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work. Therefore, your personal qualities are the primary focus during the recruitment process.

What does a typical workday look like?

Our operations run on weekdays without public holidays. Working hours are typically distributed between 07:00 and 16:30.

• The day begins with preparation and sorting of the day's mail and parcels together with your colleagues.
• Next, the delivery takes place in your assigned area. We primarily use electric bicycles, but depending on your route, you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle.
• Once all mail and parcels have been delivered, you return to the office to handle administration and prepare for the next day's work.

Employment Type

This is a so-called hourly position where each shift constitutes a specific fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and shifts depending on the day and operational needs. We prefer candidates who are available to work up to full-time hours during the day. Your employment begins with an introduction period to ensure you have the right conditions to succeed.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to the collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. The starting wage is 150 SEK/hour (including 12% vacation pay), which equates to 134 SEK/hour excluding vacation pay.
