Warehouse Worker for Autumn and Winter Season 2026/2027 at Rusta Distribution Center Norrköping

Do you want a seasonal job as a warehouse worker where no day is the same? Are you a structured person who likes to optimize your work? Then you might be the one we are looking for at our warehouse in Distribution Center Norrköping!

At Rusta Distribution Center Norrköping, autumn and winter are among our most intensive periods. To ensure we can pack, pick, and ship all goods to our stores on time, we need to strengthen our team with many new colleagues.

For our upcoming peak season, we are therefore looking for warehouse workers who can start in autumn 2026.

Our warehouse is large, so you will have a varied daily routine moving between several different tasks. Depending on which department you work in, you may be responsible for:

• Order Picking: If you are responsible for getting deliveries out of the warehouse, you will work with order picking using our voice-directed VoicePick system, ensuring that warehouse care and quality controls remain at a high level.
• Goods Receiving: Here you receive and count incoming goods, unload trucks, and ensure everything is placed in the correct location. You may also be responsible for emptying environmental containers and using cleaning machines when needed to keep surfaces in good condition.
• Service: Here you drive reach trucks, place goods in the correct storage locations, relocate items as needed, and handle half-pallet picking to ensure smooth flow through the warehouse.
• Returns: If you work in our second building, you handle returns, where you load and unload vehicles, sort pallets, and use cleaning machines to maintain order.
• Online: On our online department, you pick products, pack, and ship directly to customers – like a store, but remote!

Regardless of where you work, you contribute to keeping the warehouse efficient, safe, and well-functioning.

You don't need to know everything from the start, but we look for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old at the start of employment
• Has a forklift license A (B is highly meritorious)
• Prioritizes safety, even when the pace is fast
• Is a team player who enjoys spreading joy
• Notices details and creates structure and order around you
• Has good energy and enjoys physical work and stepping up where needed
• Has good knowledge of Swedish (reading, writing, and speaking comprehension) and can communicate clearly with colleagues

Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but your attitude, personal qualities, and willingness to contribute are most important to us.
