Psychologist at Habiliteringscentrum in Jönköping
Are you a licensed psychologist or currently seeking a PTP (Post-Graduate Training in Psychology) position, and do you want a meaningful job with good opportunities for development? With us, you will become an important part of our neuropsychiatric team where we work together based on people's different prerequisites. We are a medium-sized and pleasant workplace looking forward to welcoming a new colleague. Welcome to Habiliteringscentrum in Jönköping!
The Role of the Psychologist
The psychologist in the neuropsychiatric team plays a vital role in working with young children through developmental assessments and neuropsychiatric investigations that provide increased understanding of the child's strengths and needs. Based on knowledge of the child's functioning, advice and support are given to guardians, as well as support to networks such as preschools and schools.
By participating in team discussions and network meetings, the psychologist contributes expertise regarding the child's cognitive and emotional development and collaborates with guardians and other professions to create early and sustainable interventions that promote the child's development.
"Exciting investigations where we get to know the children and are part of creating a better daily life for them. We get to help the network around the child understand how they can support in the best way and which strengths to take advantage of."
