Payroll Administrator at Leo's – Join our digital journey and develop within Nordic payroll
Are you ready to take the next step in your payroll career? Do you have a few years of experience in Swedish payroll administration and are you curious about developing in an international environment? This role might be for you.
At Leo's, you will have the opportunity to help develop our payroll function while learning to handle payroll in our Nordic countries. We are on an exciting journey and are now looking for a Payroll Administrator who wants to contribute with their skills, ideas, and engagement.
About the Role
Leo's payroll department is responsible for payroll management in a group with 63 clubs in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Germany. Together, we support approximately 1,800 employees and continuously work on developing our processes, systems, and ways of working.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will become an important part of our payroll team and have the opportunity to work with payroll in several countries.
Location: Luleå or Stockholm
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with, among other things:
- Ongoing payroll administration and management
- Creation of digital employment contracts
- Control and registration of payroll data
- Reconciliations and payroll payments
- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and collective agreements
- Employer certificates, statistics, and authority reporting
- Support in monthly closing
- Support for managers and operations in payroll and HR-related matters
You will collaborate closely with colleagues at the headquarters and have contact with our operations in several countries.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in Swedish payroll administration who wishes to continue developing within the field. Perhaps you currently work as a Payroll Administrator or Payroll Specialist and feel ready to broaden your competence in an international group.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Have experience with payroll administration in Sweden
- Have good knowledge of Excel
- Are accustomed to working in various systems and have an interest in digitalization and process development
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
It is an advantage if you have experience with payroll administration in Norway, Denmark, Finland, or Germany, as well as if you have knowledge of Finnish or German.
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and responsible. You thrive working independently but also appreciate teamwork. You are curious, solution-oriented, and find it inspiring to be part of developing ways of working and processes.

Other Information
The position is a permanent full-time role located at our headquarters in central Luleå or our office in central Stockholm (Odenplan). Working hours are weekdays during office hours.
Start date according to agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
