About the role

As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and monitoring the operations for our client. You drive daily work forward with a focus on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with both the client, employees, and internal functions.

You are responsible for:

• Operational and strategic management of the business
• Personnel responsibility, including leadership, development, and working environment
• Budget, results, and follow-up
• Ensuring delivery according to contract and Sodexo's quality standards
• Customer relations and business development

Who are you?

We are looking for you who is a confident leader with a strong business focus and the ability to engage and develop teams.

You have:

• Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility
• Experience from service operations, FM, or similar (meritorious)
• Good financial understanding and experience working with budgets
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have strong drive. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, make decisions, and create results together with others.
