Do you want to take responsibility for your own projects while continuing to work practically as an electrician? eLinked AB is now looking for four lead technicians who want to take charge of smaller lighting contracts around the Stockholm area.

Here, you are responsible for projects where quality, collaboration, and good planning are crucial. You lead a small team of 2–5 electricians and act as the natural link between the technicians on-site and the project manager. This role suits both those who already work as lead technicians and those with the experience, drive, and ambition to take the step into a leadership position.

Your daily work

You will primarily work with lighting installations in schools, office buildings, shops, and other commercial premises. The projects include new installations, modernizations, and energy efficiency improvements of existing lighting systems. Other types of projects may also occur, such as new apartment construction and riser replacements.

As a lead technician, you are responsible for ensuring that work proceeds according to plan, that the team has the right prerequisites, and that the installations maintain high quality.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Lead and support a team of 2–5 electricians
• Plan daily production together with the project manager
• Perform electrical installations and connections in electrical panels
• Install and commission lighting systems
• Ensure installations are carried out according to drawings and current regulations
• Handle self-inspections, documentation, and project administration
• Coordinate material deliveries and work tasks
• Act as the project manager's contact person on-site
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and pleasant work environment

We are looking for you who

• Are trained as an installation electrician
• Hold a valid ECY certificate
• Have several years of experience in electrical installations
• Are skilled at reading drawings and working independently
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience as a lead technician is meritorious. We also welcome those who feel ready to take the next step and wish to develop within team leadership.
