About the role

Our strategic customers are those with whom we have developed a deep partnership, where the relationship is equally important in both directions. As a Strategic Advisor, you are an important sounding board for GIS-related questions, but you also work to find a structure that drives the customer's GIS usage forward through activities and follow-up. By building good relationships with your customers, you can help them use our products in the best possible way so that they get even more return on their work with geographic data and GIS. You will be part of an engaged team of colleagues who work closely together with a focus on customer benefit, customer development, and developing each other. When we have done a good job, we have supported customers in using the ArcGIS platform in the best possible way while simultaneously contributing to a better daily life for people.

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to translating customer needs into the technical capabilities of our products, with a focus on creating concrete utility.
• Work with the customer to develop guiding plans and direction that facilitate work with geographic information and strengthen the organization's goals.
• Identify customer needs and support the development of their operations and daily life based on the use of our geographic services and products.
• Plan and facilitate dialog-based workshops where you, together with the customer, explore solutions and compile insights presented in a clear and engaging manner.
• Explore and map needs, processes, and competencies together with the customer to understand the current state and the path forward.
• In collaboration with your colleagues, contribute to a common overview of customer work to highlight progress and continue to develop cooperation with our customers.

Qualifications and personal attributes

• We prefer that you have at least 5 years of professional experience, having seen strengths and faced sufficiently many challenges within geographic information and GIS.
• Ability to express yourself clearly and comfortably in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Meritorious

• Experience working with the ArcGIS platform.
• Experience leading engaging and structured digital meetings, for example in Microsoft Teams, with a focus on collaboration, workshops, and the use of features like breakout rooms.
• Experience working in roles with customer contact and habit of building secure customer relationships.

Travel occurs nationally and occasionally internationally.

You will be located at one of our offices in Falun, Gävle, Gothenburg, Karlstad, Malmö, or Stockholm.

The position is full-time and permanent with start date according to agreement. We apply a probation period. The last day for applications is 2026-08-31.
