Personal Assistant for Horse-Loving 17-Year-Old in Staffanstorp

A 17-year-old boy is looking for a horse-interested personal assistant for a position of 75–100 %. He rides once a week but has a constant and strong interest in horses.
The young man has a developmental disability, CP, and epilepsy. He uses a wheelchair and needs help with everything in his daily life, around the clock.
The boy is looking for an assistant who is:
- A good friend
- Enjoys physical activity
- Caring and attentive
- Non-smoker (mandatory)
The work alternates between periods of high activity and calmer periods with more care. Besides horses, he enjoys walks in all weather conditions, preferably in the forest. He also likes swimming, animals, nature, reading aloud, singing, and music.
The shifts are primarily scheduled during the day/evening with double assistance, as well as active night duty. Day shifts occur on weekends, school holidays, and certain months when he is in school. He lives with his family in Staffanstorp, with good bus connections to both Lund and Malmö.
