We are currently looking for a Psychologist to assist a public unit we have a contract with.

Weeks 36 - 50, 2026.
Employment:
You can work as an employee with us or invoice us through your own company.
Schedule:
The assignment amounts to approx. 300 hours over a 10-week period. You plan your schedule during this period.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with documented experience working in psychiatric specialist care for adults in outpatient care. You have solid clinical competence and are well-versed in medical record keeping, care processes, and documentation requirements within specialist psychiatry.
You have experience reviewing and assessing medical records and can independently analyze whether documentation, registration of care contacts, and implemented interventions comply with current regulations and contractual requirements. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with quality review, internal audit, follow-up, or patient safety work within healthcare.
For the assignment, you must have:
- Licensure as a psychologist.
- At least three years of documented clinical experience in psychiatric specialist care for adults in outpatient care.
- Good knowledge of the organization of healthcare as well as current laws, regulations, and directives, including the Patient Data Act and regulations for medical record keeping.
- Very good analytical skills and experience in making objective and well-founded assessments based on medical record data.
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as well as to document and justify your assessments in a clear and structured manner.
We are looking for you who work carefully, structured, and with high integrity. You have good collaboration skills and can contribute to calibration and quality assurance of assessments together with other reviewers. As a person, you are responsible, objective, and quality-conscious, and have a professional approach when handling sensitive patient information.
