Personal assistance is a service provided under the LSS Act (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Functional Impairments).

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on your ability to build good relationships.

We are therefore looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible.

It is also important that you can take initiative and identify what needs to be done.

We are looking for a sensitive and empathetic person to help a man in his 50s with his daily life and home. Being resourceful and creative will be an advantage.

While we work as a team, the duties are performed independently, so responsibility is key.

You will receive training before the position starts, so no special qualifications are required.

You will work in the client's home, located in the countryside outside Svalöv. We have smoke-free working hours.

A driver's license and car are not required, but having one makes commuting easier. Local public transport is available but located approximately 1.5 km away.

Working hours are from 08:00 to 08:00 (24-hour shifts).

On-call hours are between 22:15 and 06:00.

The position starts at 4 days per month. For the right candidate, the hours may potentially increase.

Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the advertisement period ends.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
