As a Transport Manager and Administrator at GTS Frakt, you will become a vital part of our operations. You will be the "hub" for our daily operations regarding the planning of transport assignments, vehicle staffing, and follow-up of completed transports. In your role, you will be the closest point of contact for both our employees and our customers.

This position is primarily focused on administrative work, but since you are part of the company's standby team, it is necessary that you have insight into transport planning and staffing.

Start date by agreement, selection is ongoing.

Responsibilities

• Order processing and transport planning.
• Schedule planning and staffing.
• Checking delivery documents and handling discrepancies in digital systems.
• Administration of our internal communication platform, website, and social media channels.
• Follow-up work regarding, among other things, driving and rest time regulations, vehicles, and economy.
• Maintain good service towards customers and represent GTS Frakt in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• You are meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented.
• You are accustomed to handling multiple cases in parallel and have the ability to quickly reprioritize if conditions change.
• You have good IT skills and are not afraid to learn new systems and keep up with development.
• You have experience in administrative work.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits

• Previous experience working in Opter, Idha Online, and/or TransPA.
• C or CE driver's license, YKB (professional competence certificate), and digital tachograph card.
• Forklift license (at least category A).
