The HR department at Nyköping Municipality is in an exciting phase of development where we are jointly developing future HR support for our operations. Our mission is to create the best possible conditions for a sustainable working life by supporting managers and operations in areas such as workforce planning, working environment, labor law, and leadership. The HR department consists of approximately 40 employees across three units - Payroll, Operations Support, and Staff. You will be part of a team with 14 HR Partners and 3 HR Administrators who together support the municipality's various operations.

We work independently in our assignments but never alone. There are always colleagues to discuss labor law issues with, reason through complex situations, or exchange experiences with. We believe we become better when we share knowledge and help each other.

We are now looking for an HR Partner who wants to help develop both our operations and our HR work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR Partner, you work closely with the operations' managers and provide qualified support in both daily HR work and long-term development issues.

The specific operation you will work with is determined based on your experience, competence, and the operation's needs.

Your assignment covers the entire HR area and includes, among other things:

• providing support to managers within labor law, working environment, rehabilitation, and collaboration
• working with workforce planning and recruitment
• driving and supporting the municipality's common HR processes
• contributing to development and change work
• collaborating closely with HR colleagues, HR strategists, and other specialist functions

The work is varied and no week is like the other. You will switch between operational managerial support, development work, and strategic HR issues. The role involves great freedom under responsibility, and you plan your work independently based on the operation's needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• an academic education in HR, personnel and working life, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• experience of qualified HR work or other experience that the employer deems relevant
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

It is meritorious if you have:

• experience of qualified managerial support
• experience of labor law issues
• experience from public sector operations
• Category B driver's license
