Do you want to work in a future-oriented industry where there is a high demand for skilled personnel? Now you have the opportunity to train in industrial modular construction and take the step towards a new career.

Do you already have experience in construction, carpentry, industrial work, or are you a trained electrician, welder, or machine operator? Direct recruitment to the factories is ongoing within the same project.

For those with experience from construction, industrial production, carpentry, or craft trades, you possess valuable skills for jobs in the factories. We are also interested in finding you with skills in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, welding, and tiling. If any of this applies to you, you may also be considered for direct recruitment to Part in Kalix or Isolamin in Överkalix.

For those who wish to undergo vocational training – We offer a 14-week industrial training program focused on construction knowledge, developed in close collaboration with Part Group and T2 Industriskola.

The training combines theory and practice to provide you with the skills demanded in modern factories that produce residential and building modules. The final four weeks are completed as an internship with an employer, where there is an opportunity for employment after completing the training.

The training is suitable for you who are practical-minded and can handle physically demanding tasks while maintaining a steady and high work pace. Through the training, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and create good prerequisites for future employment in a growing industry!

Selection is ongoing. After an initial Teams interview, the candidates who move forward will be presented to hiring managers, who will conduct interviews in August leading up to the final selection for the training.
