Fastighetsägarna is the industry association that works for a sustainable and functioning real estate market. Our mission is to improve the conditions for real estate businesses in the country, so that the residential and commercial property markets can develop. We offer top-notch expertise in areas such as law, negotiation, education, and self-control. Together with our members, we create the prerequisites for growth and space for the future. We are a nationwide organization with a strong local anchoring.
About the role
As a property consultant with us, you will work in a broad role with a focus on developing and driving rental negotiations on behalf of our clients. You will act as an advisor to our members on matters concerning property management as well as real estate legal issues. You work to create long-term relationships and build trust over time. You have close cooperation with our members and assist them as needed in contacts with tenants and other authorities. This is a role with both business and development focus, where you have the opportunity to, based on your background and areas of interest, contribute to developing and delivering other services related to our business operations.
You are our face to the outside world for the real estate industry, and you are an active and important part of our member service, with coordination responsibilities towards our local board. You will also have the opportunity to participate in and lead training for our members and employees.
This role primarily covers negotiation activities in Luleå or Skellefteå with its surrounding municipalities. Some travel is included in the role, which means a driver's license is a requirement.
Working at Fastighetsägarna is much more than just working with properties. We would actually like to claim that Fastighetsägarna improves our societies. A society is a place for people and meetings, offices and shops, roads and traffic, schools and hospitals, squares and parks. In this wonderful buzz of activities, our buildings stand – this is where life takes place.
Your profile
We are looking for you who are spurred on by negotiation situations and who have both a business-oriented and a collaboration-focused approach to work. You have a relevant university degree in law or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Previous experience from the real estate industry is a great asset in the role.
To thrive in the role, you should be unpretentious, outgoing, and have very good collaboration skills. You are structured and meticulous, take own initiative, and drive your daily work forward independently. You should be driven by understanding and immersing yourself in the members' business idea and applying your advice in a way that yields the best results. You are service-oriented and have an easy time communicating with customers and counterparts in a professional and relaxed manner. We encourage new ideas to develop our operations together. An interest in politics and societal issues is useful in the role. Great importance is placed on your personal qualities.
Apply by 2026-08-09. Selection is ongoing. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact Group Manager Robin Fallström at 0707-872447 or HR and Administrative Manager Petra Skoglund at 0701-866308.
