Your Role

As a Service Advisor, you are responsible for receiving our customers, booking and planning workshop tasks, and ensuring efficient case handling. You work closely with the workshop manager, technicians, and other colleagues, ensuring that customer needs are met in the best possible way.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling warranty cases and communication with the general agent
• Booking and planning of service and repairs
• Damage cases with insurance companies
• Invoicing and control of incoming invoices
• Administration of service agreements and other administrative tasks

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have documented experience working as a Service Advisor or Customer Receptionist in the automotive industry, with a special focus on handling warranties and insurance cases.

To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, service-oriented, and possess strong administrative skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can combine customer contact with administration and problem-solving.

We would appreciate if you have:

• Experience with systems such as KOBRA and CABAS (meritorious)
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Vocational training in automotive technology (meritorious)
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and build good customer relationships

We value a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and the willingness to go the extra mile for both customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Documented experience in warranty handling
• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Valid B-class driver's license

Meritorious:

• C- or D-class driver's license
• Additional experience from the automotive industry
