We are now looking for you who are a registered nurse or district nurse, passionate about development, enjoy having an impact, and finding new exciting ways of working for the benefit of our patients. In our operations, you work together with several other professions to provide good and safe care for our citizens in their homes, whether they live in a detached house, an apartment, or in one of the municipality's housing facilities. We offer both somatic care and psychiatry, care for people with disabilities, short-term care, and dementia care units.

We are now looking for a nurse/district nurse who wants to work in the West area, Matfors Home Care. The office is located at Matfors Health Center (HC).

How you contribute as a nurse/district nurse

We want to utilize your knowledge and experience, and we see student supervision as part of our future development and as important players in the operations. We are at a stage where we are developing a cross-professional working method and person-centered care. • Currently, duty every 6th weekend plus some light weekend days/red days on weekdays per year
• Individual competence development
• Opportunity to apply for Academic Specialist Service (AST)
• Competence development with mini-seminars once a month

Your competence and experience

A nursing license approved by the National Board of Health and Welfare is required. A B-class driver's license is required.

District nurse education is meritorious.

We want you to have good cooperation skills, personal maturity, and a welcoming attitude. Being flexible and able to adapt quickly in a varied daily routine is also important for you to thrive with us.

It is important that you have an interest and commitment where the individual is a co-creator in the care we provide. We also believe that you are proactive and actively contribute to finding working methods that increase quality for those we serve, which in turn gives increased job satisfaction. Good to know

Salary: Monthly/hourly salary. Individual and differentiated salary setting is applied.

Conditions: Salary compensations beyond the monthly salary follow the applicable collective agreement. Central collective agreements can be found on the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions' website, www.skr.se
