Your responsibilities

The work is varied and includes, among other things:

• Maintenance, including cleaning of stairwells, laundry rooms, cellars, and other common areas.
• Supervision of properties and minor repairs.
• Maintenance of garages, parking spaces, and playgrounds.
• Contact with tenants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Supervision and support for environmental wardens.

No two days are alike – you will have the opportunity to work both practically and socially.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a retiree or senior and wishes to continue working.
• Is handy and enjoys solving practical problems.
• Has experience from property maintenance, caretaking, craftsmanship, or similar work.
• Is service-oriented and thrives in contact with people.
• Can plan and take responsibility for your work.
• Speaks and writes Swedish.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
