About the role
As a warehouse associate, you play a key role in the flow, ensuring that the right goods end up in the right place at the right time. The work takes place in modern facilities with a well-structured environment, and you will work together with engaged colleagues to achieve the day's set goals.
Your main responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing: Pick items according to order slips (manually or with the help of a handheld scanner/WMS system).
- Loading and Unloading: Receive incoming goods, unpack, check quality, and prepare outgoing deliveries.
- Warehousing: Sorting, packaging, and general cleaning to maintain a safe and pleasant working environment.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, punctual, and has good teamwork skills. Since the work occasionally involves heavy lifting and a fast pace, we value that you enjoy physical work and are in good physical shape.
Qualifications:
- Language: You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, to follow safety instructions.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse work or logistics is a big plus, but the right attitude weighs the heaviest.
- Flexibility: You must be available to work shifts (e.g., daytime, evening, or weekends).
