We are now establishing a new organization for the operation and maintenance of Falu Municipality's parks, green areas, playgrounds, and other outdoor environments. This is a long-term and important assignment where collaboration, quality, and development are in focus. Here you will have a central role with great opportunities to influence working methods, develop the business, and contribute to building a strong team from the ground up.

About the role
As a foreman, you are responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating the daily work within the operation, maintenance, and supervision of the municipality's outdoor environments. You work close to the operations and serve as a natural contact point for both employees and the client. The role is operational and varied, where you create good conditions for the work to be carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Plan, prioritize, and lead the daily work.
• Coordinate resources and follow up that the work is performed according to contracts and quality requirements.
• Document, report, and follow up on completed measures.
• Participate in planning readiness based on weather, season, and the business's needs.

Create engagement, structure, and good conditions for the team through an present leadership style.
