Camp Cook Wanted for Young Allergics Camp in Gothenburg (11–13 September)

Do you have experience cooking allergy-friendly meals? Young Allergics is looking for a camp cook for our children's camp at Härsjösand Campground outside Gothenburg on 11–13 September.

About the Assignment

As a camp cook, you are responsible for planning and preparing meals during the camp. You will cook delicious and nutritious food adapted to the participants' allergies and special dietary needs. The role involves significant responsibility for handling food safely and ensuring that meals are a positive part of the camp experience.

We are looking for someone who

Has experience cooking allergy-friendly meals and handling special diets.
Has experience in cooking, preferably in large kitchens, restaurants, or similar operations.
Has good knowledge of food hygiene and safe handling of allergens.
Is responsible, self-motivated, and has good teamwork skills.
