Required Competence and Experience
- You should have prior experience as a leader in the restaurant industry, for example as a shift manager.
- You are passionate about putting the guest at the center of everything.
- You are driven, strong, clear, and take independent responsibility.
- You have good collaboration skills and a positive aura.
- You find it easy to take a leading role and have the ability to help others achieve their goals.
- You are results-driven and have an interest in economics.
- You have a strong interest in the restaurant industry and its development.

Responsibilities
The role includes, among other things:
- Personnel matters
- Systematic evaluation and development
- Hygiene and self-control
- Purchasing and inventory
- Cash handling

- High quality of our products.
- A high level of service for our guests.
- High cleanliness standards in the restaurant and during all work processes.
