Are you our next employee? To one of our clients in Bålsta, we are now looking for you who want to work as a factory worker on a production line for roof tiles.

The role suits you if you thrive in an industrial environment with a high pace, large volumes, and physically demanding tasks. Employment type: Full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months with a chance of extension

Working hours: Shift work according to a rolling 4x4 schedule, 05:40–17:30

Responsibilities

• Operational work on the production line for roof tiles.
• Material handling and transportation of goods with a counterbalance forklift.
• Perform ongoing quality controls and monitor the production flow.
• Participate in preventive cleaning, simple maintenance, and active occupational health and safety work at the workplace.
• Closely collaborate with shift colleagues to ensure high quality and that production goals are met.

Qualifications

For this role, we see that you have:

• A valid forklift license and good experience driving a counterbalance forklift.
• At least a Category B driver's license.
• Ability to speak and read Swedish fluently.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to work shifts according to a rolling 4x4 schedule (05:40–17:30).
• Good physical condition and thrive in active and physically demanding work.

Merits:

• Previous experience with line production or work in heavy manufacturing industry.
