At Boston Grill, the kitchen is the heart of the restaurant. Here, we work together to create flavor experiences that make our guests want to come back. We serve everything from well-composed lunches to classic grilled dishes and à la carte, placing great emphasis on ingredients, quality, and professional craftsmanship.

We are now looking for an engaged chef who wants to help develop our kitchen together with us.

Who are you?

You have a genuine interest in cooking and thrive in a kitchen where the pace is sometimes high. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a positive attitude. You value good collaboration and understand that the best results are achieved when the entire team works towards the same goal.

We would like you to:

• Have experience working as a chef.
• Have knowledge of both lunch and à la carte cooking.
• Be able to work independently but also thrive in a team.
• Be stress-resistant and maintain high quality even during intense shifts.
• Have an eye for detail and pride in what you serve.
• Contribute ideas and want to be involved in developing menus and working methods.

About the position

We offer a flexible part-time employment where the working hours are adjusted as much as possible to your preferences and our operational needs. Whether you are looking for a few fixed shifts per week or a larger position, we try to find a solution that works for both parties.

Working hours vary and include day, evening, and weekend shifts.
