Are you a star in service and enjoy working at a fast pace? We are now looking for early-rising and service-oriented Breakfast Hosts at Vildmarkshotellet who want to help create magical overall experiences for our guests!

The role of Breakfast Host

In the role of Breakfast Host, you work with our breakfast service at Vildmarkshotellet. The tasks primarily involve setting up and replenishing the buffet, clearing dishes, and keeping the serving area, dining room, and outdoor terrace clean and fresh.

You are a social and outgoing person who enjoys meeting people and creating a welcoming atmosphere. It is natural for you to greet our guests with a smile and contribute to making every guest feel seen and well taken care of. You have a good sense of service and can adapt your interaction to the needs and personalities of different guests.

You are a natural team player and see collaboration as a natural part of the job. You have a good ability to maintain a positive attitude towards both colleagues and guests, even when we are busiest, and you always help out where needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in service and guest interaction, who want to have fun at work, and who are driven by the desire to provide the best possible service to our hotel guests and create memorable moments and experiences.

Since the position includes lunch service, experience in food service is an advantage.

We have a large operation, and our restaurants accommodate a total of nearly 700 people. This means that the pace in the restaurant can often be high, and the work requires you to be both efficient and able to handle stress.

As a person, you are flexible, responsible, and solution-oriented in your work approach. You like working in teams characterized by professional and cheerful collaboration, where you take personal responsibility for contributing to this.

You should be unpretentious and focus on helping each other do a good job rather than focusing solely on your own individual performance.

Shifts can start as early as 06:00. Since public transport is not always adapted to our early working hours, it is important that you have the ability to get to Vildmarkshotellet on your own in time for your shift.

The positions are part-time fixed-term employment involving early mornings and weekend work, although weekday shifts also occur. We are looking for service professionals who want to start working from August and continue for the rest of the year. To work in the service department, you must be at least 18 years old.

Salary according to the collective agreement between Visita and HRF.
