JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be employed by Job&Talent and work on assignment at our client's slaughter department. The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months with good opportunities for extension. Working hours are scheduled Monday–Friday from 04:20–13:20, but the working hours may vary and become longer depending on the amount of chickens entering production. The work in the slaughterhouse means that you work in a production environment with a high pace and clear routines. The tasks are partly repetitive and require precision, endurance, and the ability to maintain focus throughout the workday. The work environment can sometimes be physically and mentally demanding, as the work may involve working in darkness, quieter environments, and with repeated movements over longer periods. It is therefore important that you thrive in this type of work environment and can work efficiently under these conditions.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Understand and master Swedish in speech and writing.
• Are precise, responsible, and have a high focus on safety and quality.
• Enjoy working at a high pace and have the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Have good teamwork skills and contribute to a positive work environment.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS AN ASSET

• Previous experience from the food industry or other manufacturing operations.
